Who will be the last new MEP?

Two month and some days before the European Parliament elections, still new MEPs (replacing others) enter the European Parliament, like Mr Bautista last week for the EPP/ED group.

He even managed to ask his first oral question just 5 days after arrival, interrogating Commissioner, Mr Michel, about his visit to Cuba, which took place in mid-March (press report).

I am wondering: Who will win the prize of being the last MEP in this period - and what will he or she manage to do in these last days?
